Client: Asian Civilisations Museum | Art in the Islamic World
Exquisite works of religious art produced by and for Islamic faithful across Asia, with the main focus on Southeast Asia, show how global notions of Islamic art were adapted across the region to create unique visual forms that reflect indigenous influences.
This gallery was designed using bold contemporary statements, clean white walls, mirrors and light boxes, balanced with subtle thematic elements such as die-cut motifs in the display case panels and Islamic patterns throughout the interpretive panels.
Job Role: Graphic Lead – Worked closely with the exhibit team in producing graphics for the gallery, and coordinated with the curators and production team in preparing intro panel, section panel and label final artworks.
